Claims For Damaged or Missing Items
Please ensure that any claims for non-delivery, missing items (including shortages) or damaged items are made to us in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of dispatch.
Return Of Goods
Goods may only be returned after obtaining a returns number from us. All goods should be packaged safely and will be inspected on return for condition and the possibility of resale. All returns will incur a handling and restocking fee of 20%, the final refund value will be provided by way of a credit note and at the discretion of the company.
Bespoke and made to measure items are not refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and these will not be refunded.
