Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders received before 12pm the next working day. Order received Friday-Sunday will be processed the next working day. All goods shown as in stock are usually dispatched within 24/48 hours of order receipt, with the exception of holiday periods and weekends.

Order processing and delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. The company will not be liable for loss or damage arising as a result of delayed order processing times, or non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods. If you require a guaranteed service please contact us in advance and arrange collection of the goods at a specified time. 

Delivery

Delivery charges are subject to change based on location and size/weight of your order. Some items may incur additional charges due to excess length once added to your cart. Please contact us for handling and delivery charges for larger orders or where delivery is deemed to be in a restricted zone as denoted by the carrier.

Claims For Shortages and Damage

Please ensure that any claims for non-delivery, missing items (including shortages) or damaged items are made to us in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of dispatch. All claims must be supported with all requested information by the company or the carrier delivering the goods.

Return Of Goods

Goods may only be returned after obtaining a returns number from us. All goods should be packaged safely and will be inspected on return for condition and the possibility of resale. All returns will incur a handling and restocking fee of 20%, the final refund value will be provided by way of a credit note and at the discretion of the company.

Bespoke and made to measure items are not refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and these will not be refunded.

Stock Items

Stock items are determined at the discretion of the company. Items that are shown as 'In Stock' on any web page do not relate to stock items, this may simply relate to material being available in stock to process the item. For clarity on stock items that are not processed specifically to fulfil your order please contact us.

Cancellations and Amendments

Order cancellations are at the discretion of the company and will be limited to stock items that are shipped directly from the company only. We are unable to cancel orders that include bespoke or made to measure items, where we are able to offer cancellations or amendments for orders, the full costs associated with any bespoke items will be equal as a minimum to the cancellation charge. We reserve the right to deduct all costs incurred in processing any order up to the time of cancellation. 

We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any order (wholly, or part thereof) and where we are able to accommodate cancellations a charge of 20% will apply.

Any order amendments must also be agreed in writing by the company and are subject to the same conditions covering cancellation.
